COPYWRITING AND CONTENT WRITING
I love to write and I have worked on a variety of copywriting and content writing commissions throughout my career.
Since 2014 I have contributed to a handful of projects with Meze Publishing, including The Sheffield Cook Book, The Derbyshire Cook Book and The Manchester Cook Book: Second Helpings. I am also the author of Thornbridge Brewery's Craft Union book and Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council's The Barnsley Larder.
Other work includes creating website content for Ocean Media for their Wedding Style Collective and National Wedding Show websites. I have also written features for local publications, including the Sheffield Telegraph, and I regularly create copy for my retainer clients.

Barnsley Market Cook Book
I devised the concept, conducted interviews, created copy, edited and developed the design for The Barnsley Market Cook Book to showcase the market, its traders and produce.
Sheffield Hallam University
I worked with SHU to write and edit course descriptions using their CMS for use on their new website. A strict deadline was implemented in order to make information available for prospective students.
The Sheffield Cook Book
I conducted interviews and created copy for all of the establishments featured in The Sheffield Cook Book, which was the first in a continuing series of regional cook books for Meze Publishing.
Wedding Style Collective
I created 56 pieces of content for the Wedding Style Collective website, comprising articles on different wedding dress shapes, fabrics, features and necklines incorporating relevant keywords.
The National Wedding Show
I created over 30 pieces of content for The National Wedding Show website to inform users about the suppliers they could expect to meet at the shows to demonstrate the range of expertise available.
Bakewell Show features
Throughout the years I worked on Bakewell Show I created features for an annual special edition of Westside magazine. Pages 48 - 55 of the above publication were all researched and written by me.
